This is a quick dessert which goes a long way. Guava is an autumnal fruit however you can freeze the guava pulp and make this at any time of the year. The outer skin may be rough, often with a bitter taste, or soft and sweet. Varying between species, the skin can be any thickness, is usually green before maturity, but becomes yellow, maroon, or green. For children and the elderly I recommend removing the seeds.
