The forum will feature guest speaker Chris Walsh from the UK’s Kindling Trust (a not for profit social enterprise) who is in Australia to share his experience of building successful food-based social enterprises and partnerships, including Manchester Veg People (a food hub), FarmStart (organic farmer training incubator) and MERCi (Manchester’s first Centre for Sustainability).
