Local Recipes

We have been overwhelmed with the support from people across the region sending in their local food recipes – recipes have been garnered from many leading cooks and growers in the community and the recipes on the whole make lavish use of fruit and vegetables. The recipes featured incorporate at least one key local ingredient.

Please let us know if you spot any mistakes or could do better with your own recipe. Try these recipes and leave a comment. We would also love to publish your ideas for traditional recipes where you have adapted or substituted in local ingredients e.g. Macadamia pesto or a Guava cake.
